If puppy is being shipped, final payment is required at the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age and not later. This is the buyer’s responsibility. This includes the balance on the pup, airfare charges, crate and Health Certificate cost.

If puppy is (NOT) being shipped, payment by (CASH) is required at time of puppy pickup.

A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve a puppy.  A copy of the appropriate contract/application MUST be completed at the same time as the puppy deposit. If the deposit is made prior to the puppy turning 4 weeks of age, a personal check is acceptable. If made after the puppy is 4 weeks of age, the deposit is required in U.S. postal Money order (ONLY).

Deposit will be refunded if for some reason I do not breed..... 

Depositis are NON-REFUNDABLE otherwise..... they can or may be moved to another breeding date(if both parties agree).

Average shipping is $350.00 to 550.00 with crate and health Certificates. Certificates are 45.00 each and crates can be from 55.00 used to 100 plus new..Large-24"x26"x 36 some pups at 9-10 weeks can use a med. crate. bottom of page for more information on shipping

A TWO YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY GENETIC OR HEREDITARY DISORDER COMMON TO POODLES. THE GUARANTEE CONSISTS OF A ONE TIME PUPPY REPLACEMENT.  HD Hip Dysphasia Elbow Dysphasia   CERF (eyes) Sebaceous Adenitis (SA) Von Willebrands's Disease  Addison’s Disease and   Thyroid Malfunction

Should your  Puppy develop any of the above conditions during the first 2 years of that puppy's life, and has been diagnosed by a licensed Veterinarian, you need only to send that diagnoses to me and I will  then give a replacement puppy from our next available litter. So you would keep your first pet and receive a second puppy.  Shipping cost of any replacement pup will be at the PUPPY owner’s expense.

THE BUYER AGREES TO HAVE THE PUPPY EXAMINED BY THEIR OWN VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF POSSESSION OR GUARANTEE BECOMES NULL AND VOID. BREEDER guarantees puppy’s health for 72 hours after the Sale. During these 72 hours it is recommended that the puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian, this visit is required For the Health Warranty to be valid. These 72 hours begins with the shipping time the puppy is sent on the airplane to you. Buyers assume full responsibility (100%) of all costs and care of the dog after sale and during the life of said puppy and Buyer’s ownership (vet bills, testing, housing, food, Medicine, etc.).______ (INITIAL)

If puppy is found to be unhealthy within the 72 hour period BREEDER must be notified immediately. A copy From a Licensed vet with full description of illness is required. At This time the written record will be provided to the Breeder who will in turn, consult with their Licensed Veterinarian.

Puppy will be replaced or a refund issued. In the case of illness the Buyer will pay for the return shipping of the puppy unless the Puppy is deceased. If said puppy is deceased written verification of Cause of death from Buyers Licensed Vet shall be expedited to BREEDER by Certified mail.

INJURY/NEGLECT, RE- HOMING,COLOR,SIZE, PERSONALITY, WORMING,VACCINATIONS, SHIPPING

Injury/Neglect:  This agreement becomes null and void due to any injuries or Neglect regardless of whether accidental or intentional.

Breeder does not guarantee adult size on any puppy sold. Food, diet, exercise, age, and metabolism of each animal are Different and have a direct impact on the adult "maintenance" Weight or Size.

Breeder does not guarantee Color of your puppy .Some poodle colors take as long as 3 years to clear to the color they will be as adults. We can only guess.

Personality: Our dogs are all handled carefully and receive attention frequently. We cannot guarantee a dog will like your family in particular
but every effort is made to evaluate the potential buyer to assure that the 'right' puppy goes to his or her unique home and environment. Thus no warranties are implied for personality traits.

Our puppies remain with their momma's and are weaned naturally. None of them leave our premises until they attain the age of 9 to 12 full weeks. This ensures you get a happy, well adjusted healthy Pup.
We start worming at the age of 6 weeks. We give our vaccinations at the age of eight weeks as recommended universally by the majority of veterinarians. We care about these puppies and hope that you will appreciate all the little things that are done.

RE-HOME: Buyer agrees that if the time arises that Buyer can no longer provide a home for the puppy, the Breeder will be contacted. Arrangements will be made to accommodate this animal back into our establishment. The Buyer must understand that there is no guarantee of any monies exchanging hands at this time. We are doing
The Owner and the pet a favor. We do not want Dreamscapes Standards taken to a shelter.
If the puppy/dog is up to date on immunizations and able to be adopted out then thirty percent of the adoption fee will be returned to Buyer. If puppy/dog needs veterinarian care the Breeder will provide the care and no fees of any sort will be returned to the Buyer. This policy is in place to help ensure no puppy goes to a shelter. Buyer also acknowledges that by signing this agreement the Buyer agrees to not sell said puppy unless permission is granted from the Breeder. Buyer understands and agrees that Buyer may not be able to recoup costs spent in the case of needing to RE-HOME said puppy.

Please keep the flight Health certification. This is your record that this
puppy was examined and certified healthy to travel to you. This was done by
our Licensed Vet.

Complications of air travel can include Kennel cough. This is due to stress and will resolve on its own usually. Offer your puppy water and nourishment
upon arrival. DO NOT handle him/her too much...him/her has come a long ways and deserves to rest before being handled excessively. She/he is cute but she/he is also a baby. Remember that for the first 24 hours she/he needs to be treated with gentleness and she/he will need quite rest periods. This helps her/him to be healthy for you.

Although we have done all that we can to insure that you have purchased a genetically sound puppy, there is no true Guarantee for an animal’s health.  However we have a 2 year health guarantee against those genetic disorders that are inherit in the breed and those that have been genetically tested in the parents of your puppy.

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy #___________examined by their own Veterinarian within 72 hours of Possession or Guarantee becomes Null and Void.

Breeder can choose to sell or not to sell to whom it wishes.

 All DREAMSCAPES pups will be Neutered or spayed before leaving DREAMSCAPES.    ________initial

THERE IS A $1500.00 PENALTY FEE, FOR ANY VIOLATED CLAUSE, PAYABLE ON DEMAND.

Our puppies remain with their momma's and are weaned naturally. None of them leave our premises until they attain the age of 9 to 12 full weeks. This ensures you get a happy, well adjusted healthy Pup.
We start worming at the age of 6 weeks. We give our vaccinations at the age of eight weeks as recommended universally by the majority of veterinarians. We care about these puppies and hope that you will appreciate all the little things that are done.

RE-HOME: Buyer agrees that if the time arises that Buyer can no longer provide a home for the puppy, the Breeder will be contacted. Arrangements will be made to accommodate this animal back into our establishment. The Buyer must understand that there is no guarantee of any monies exchanging hands at this time. We are doing
The Owner and the pet a favor. We do not want Dreamscapes Standards taken to a shelter.
If the puppy/dog is up to date on immunizations and able to be adopted out then thirty percent of the adoption fee will be returned to Buyer. If puppy/dog needs veterinarian care the Breeder will provide the care and no fees of any sort will be returned to the Buyer. This policy is in place to help ensure no puppy goes to a shelter. Buyer also acknowledges that by signing this agreement the Buyer agrees to not sell said puppy unless permission is granted from the Breeder. Buyer understands and agrees that Buyer may not be able to recoup costs spent in the case of needing to RE-HOME said puppy.

Please keep the flight Health certification. This is your record that this
puppy was examined and certified healthy to travel to you. This was done by
our Licensed Vet.

Complications of air travel can include Kennel cough. This is due to stress and will resolve on its own usually. Offer your puppy water and nourishment
upon arrival. DO NOT handle him/her too much...him/her has come a long ways and deserves to rest before being handled excessively. She/he is cute but she/he is also a baby. Remember that for the first 24 hours she/he needs to be treated with gentleness and she/he will need quite rest periods. This helps her/him to be healthy for you.

Although we have done all that we can to insure that you have purchased a genetically sound puppy, there is no true Guarantee for an animal’s health.  However we have a 2 year health guarantee against those genetic disorders that are inherit in the breed and those that have been genetically tested in the parents of your puppy.

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy #___________examined by their own Veterinarian within 72 hours of Possession or Guarantee becomes Null and Void.

Breeder can choose to sell or not to sell to whom it wishes.

 All DREAMSCAPES pups will be Neutered or spayed before leaving DREAMSCAPES.    ________initial

THIS AGREEMENTS IS BINDING UPON THE PARTIES HERETO, THEIR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNES.IF LITIGATION IS NECESSARY TO ENFORCE ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IT MUST BE RESOLVED IN BREEDERS VENUE.  THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY COSTS OF ENGAGING IN SUCH LITIGATION, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES. THERE IS A $1500.00 PENALTY FEE, FOR ANY VIOLATED CLAUSE, PAYABLE ON DEMAND.

To cancel sale or decline sale to anyone,

For any reason (if I cancel the sale, deposit/all funds given will be refunded).

I know, I can not do this without the very best placements of our pups and would NEVER want to add to an already very large problem of unwanted pets. This being another one of Our big concerns in our breeding program, DREAMSCAPES only offers spay and neuter options for all of OUR puppies and dogs at this time.
